This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs how you may use ScopePlex, operated by Hylex Energy Consulting. By accessing or using the service, you agree to comply with this policy. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.

2. Permitted Use

ScopePlex is provided for lawful business development, market research, and project intelligence purposes. You may:

• Access and review project leads and milestones for internal business purposes
• Share individual leads with colleagues within your organization
• Export data for use in your own internal CRM or business development workflow

3. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use ScopePlex to:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or commercialize ScopePlex data to third parties without written permission
• Build competing products or services using data obtained through the platform
• Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or scripts to access or harvest data from the service
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the scoring, matching, or ranking algorithms
• Share login credentials with individuals outside your organization
• Engage in any activity that disrupts, degrades, or interferes with the service or its infrastructure
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws or regulations

4. Data Accuracy & Reliance

ScopePlex aggregates publicly available information and applies automated scoring and classification. Leads are provided for informational purposes only. You are responsible for independently verifying any project information before making business decisions. Hylex Energy Consulting does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any data provided.

5. Enforcement

Hylex Energy Consulting reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this policy. If a violation is confirmed, we may suspend or permanently terminate your account without prior notice. We may also report unlawful activity to appropriate authorities.
