Terms of Service

1. Service Description
ScopePlex is a project intelligence service operated by Hylex Energy Consulting. We aggregate publicly available information about construction, energy, and infrastructure projects and deliver curated leads via email digest and web dashboard.
2. Subscription Terms
Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) resell, redistribute, or sublicense ScopePlex data without written permission; (b) use automated scraping tools against the service; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer the scoring or matching algorithms; (d) use the service for any unlawful purpose.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. ScopePlex aggregates publicly available data and does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any project information. You are responsible for independently verifying any information before making business decisions.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hylex Energy Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the service.
6. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
