Account information: Email address, full name, and company name provided during registration.

Preferences: Sectors, geographies, milestone types, and company watchlists you configure to personalize your digest.

Usage data: Interactions with leads (like, dislike, save) used to improve your feed relevance. We do not collect browsing history outside of ScopePlex.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used to: (a) deliver personalized email digests and dashboard content; (b) improve lead relevance based on your preference signals; (c) communicate service updates and account information. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate ScopePlex:

• Supabase — database hosting and authentication
• Amazon Web Services (SES) — email delivery
• Vercel — web application hosting

Each provider processes data under their own privacy policies and is bound by their respective data processing agreements.

4. Data Retention

Account data and preferences are retained for the duration of your account. Lead interaction history is retained for up to 12 months after your last login. Upon account deletion, all personal data is removed within 30 days.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Export your data in a portable format
