TDLR · TABS registrations filed Sept 30 to Oct 2, 2026

Big builds registered in Texas

These aren't deadlines. A TDLR registration is an accessibility filing. It doesn't authorize construction, and the owner-listed start is the owner's own estimate, which can move. All four starts are still ahead. They're listed in start order. Dollar amounts are on the TDLR pages; we don't reprint them here.

What these filings are. A TDLR registration is an accessibility filing. It doesn't authorize construction, and its dates can change. A Part 70 renewal can be paperwork, so read the modification before you spend time on it. A draft permit isn't a final permit, and a pending application can be changed or withdrawn. FERC schedule dates are staff targets and can move. The "What you could sell" line is our judgment, not a bid list.

See you next Friday.
