Filings in. Projects out.

We collect Texas and Louisiana agency filings, match them into one project, resolve the owner behind the LLC, extract the value, location and contractors, and verify every fact against its filing.

The engine

What happens to a filing

  1. 01CollectEvery new filing from federal, Texas and Louisiana agencies, checked on a schedule.
  2. 02MatchFilings from different agencies (air permit, building registration, grid request, tax filing, federal docket) matched into one project record, duplicates merged.
  3. 03ResolveThe LLC on the filing traced to the real owner and, when a record shows it, the parent company; EPC or GC named when a filing names one.
  4. 04ExtractValue, capacity, location, project type and sector pulled from the filing text and typed.
  5. 05VerifyStage and next deadline set, every fact tied to its source filing, and only checked projects reach the database.

18,099 filings matched; 1,987 projects combine two or more filings; 1,130 duplicate records merged.

01Collected early

A project record from the first filing, not the press release.

We read the agencies on a schedule. A new plant, pipeline, terminal or data center becomes a project record when its first air permit, building registration or federal docket lands, often years before a bid list.

  • Texas and Louisiana industrial projects in one list
  • Filter by industry, agency, county and open deadline
  • Sort by newest filing, deadline or stated cost
The project list: Texas and Louisiana projects with owner, location, last filing date, next deadline and cited cost.

02Owner resolved

The project LLC, traced to the company you would call.

Projects are filed by single-purpose LLCs. We tie each filing LLC to the parent behind it when a public record shows the link, and say so plainly when it is our judgment.

Key details on the Beacon Point project page: the filing LLC, the TDLR registration, the stated cost and dates, the named design firm, and source links including two Hut 8 SEC filings.

03Filings matched

Every later filing is matched to the same project.

Big campuses file in pieces. Vantage filed its Abilene data center as nine building registrations under nine different LLCs. We match them into one record in date order, so you follow one project instead of chasing nine notices.

Vantage DC Abilene, TX3, Project Frontier: nine TDLR filings, each by a different Vantage LLC, on one project record, newest first.

04Stage and deadline verified

Know when a comment window or hearing closes.

Public notices carry dates that matter: comment periods, hearings, registration starts. We extract them from the notice, set the project's stage and next deadline, and flag the ones closing soon.

  • Next deadline on every row
  • Filter to deadlines in the next 7, 14, 30 or 90 days
  • The notice itself one click away
Project rows with their next deadline: a comment period closing in four days is flagged in orange.
