How we set a stage
A project shows a stage only when a dated record backs it. We show the latest evidenced stage, never move it backward, and use the earlier stage when records conflict.

- Press release or public statement, nothing filed.
- Permitting
- An air, water, Army Corps or FERC application or notice is filed, with no final permit.

- A JETI, ITEP or tax abatement application is on file.
- FEED
- A FEED contract is publicly awarded.
- FID
- The owner publicly announced a final investment decision.
